Celebrating 40 years in Showbusiness

Andy Greaves is without doubt, one of the most versatile comedy entertainers in the country. With an act that includes ventriloquism, stand-up comedy and vocals.

After making his first TV appearance at the age of 13 on Yorkshire TV’s “Calendar  Kids “ Andy went on to appear on Granada TV’s “Fame Game”, Sky TV’s “Search for a Star” which was then followed by the weekly TV show “Guys and Dolls”, plus “Families at War” on BBC1 with Vic Reeves and Bob Mortimer.

Over the past 40 years Andy has covered every aspect of the entertainment business, from  36 years on the holiday parks, first as compere then as guest cabaret to winters learning his craft on the Northern club and cabaret circuit.  Andy then progressed to work for Thomson Gold Hotels and My Travel cruises.  Theatre shows with The Beverley Sisters, Jimmy Cricket, Tom O’Connor, and Joe Longthorne plus Pantomimes with John Inman and Darren Day. In 2004 Andy topped the bill with his own summer show at the Villa Marina on the Isle of Man.

With all this experience Andy is able to adapt his material to suit  an adult only or family audience   This has made him a  much sort after act  for  golf  clubs, Masonic Lodges, corporate event’s, theatre shows  and holiday parks  throughout Britain and abroad.
